Harvesting
Our skilled farmworkers carefully handpick only the ripest coffee cherries from our lush coffee trees, ensuring optimal sweetness and flavor
Processing
After harvesting, the coffee cherries undergo meticulous processing to extract the beans. We utilize both the natural and washed processing methods, each contributing to the unique flavor profiles of our coffees.
Drying
The freshly extracted coffee beans are then dried under the Brazilian sun, allowing them to develop their distinct flavors and aromas.
Milling and Sorting
Once dried, the coffee beans are meticulously milled and sorted to remove any defects, ensuring only the highest quality beans make it to your cup.
Roasting
Our master roasters use their expertise to carefully roast the beans to perfection, unlocking their full flavor potential while preserving their unique characteristics.
