Where it all began
Brewments did not start in a boardroom. It started with a love, an almost obsessive love for perfectly brewed coffee. For understanding why one origin tastes different from another. For chasing the exact temperature, grind size, and extraction time that transforms a good cup into a great one. What began as a personal pursuit of flavour and craft gradually evolved into something much larger, a comprehensive coffee destination designed for every kind of coffee lover, at every stage of their journey.
In those early days, we spent hours behind the bar, pulling shots, dialling in espressos, and experimenting with brew methods. Every failure taught a lesson. Every perfect cup confirmed the mission. The goal was never simply to sell coffee, it was to share the experience of coffee at its absolute best.
